Our team at Golden Rule Recruiters strive to deliver the top candidates in the industry in a timely fashion. All of our Executive Recruiters are Independent Contractors, so with that said, their time is their money. We have eliminated the salaried or ‘draw’ recruiters that may feel compelled to only hit their delivery mark, and hope that something will ‘stick’.
Our recruiters undergo an intensive training process that includes passing their Certified Personnel Consulting certification within their first year of training.
Our Process and Procedures on Search Assignments
What we do and how we do it
- Create a solid understanding through exceptional communication for the needs our clients to fully weigh the position, key essential functions, compensation, and culture.
- Benchmark, we provide a benchmarked candidate in short order after ‘kick-off’ meeting. This provides an opportunity to identify additional qualifications and experience that are ideal for the position, or not.
- Source, Identify, Match and Qualify to deliver between 3 – 5 candidate presentations of candidates that passed the complete vetting and interview process by our team of Executive Recruiters that includes referencing and background verification.
- Scheduling – We assist with all interview schedules to streamline the process to be efficient and expeditious. We provide confirmations and meeting invites, as well as assist with necessary travel arrangements.
- Debrief and Summarize. We provide full feedback on both candidates and clients after every interview.
- Closing and Negotiating – We assist with offer process from negotiating the verbal to confirming the start date.
- Transitioning – we provide full support to our candidates in the transitioning process and relocation.
- Guarantee – In the event either the candidate or the position is not a good fit, we will deliver a top qualified replacement candidate at no additional cost. Our standard guarantee consists of the following:
- Contingency Search is a 90 day Guarantee.
- Engaged Search is a 180 Day Guarantee.
- Retained Search is a 1 year Guarantee.
- HOWEVER, what differentiates G.R.R. from other firms, is that we offer a 6 month guarantee for all Sales based positions. We understand that is difficult to always gauge metrics and goals in some sales positions, especially when it is a new territory. A 90 day guarantee is just not conducive to both client and candidate.
Golden Rule Recruiters offer our services as a Contingency Search, Engaged Search or Retained. We pride ourselves in being flexible with an ‘out of the box’ approach, so we are willing to customize our agreements to better fit your needs.
Golden Rule Recruiters offer all of our first time clients a 15% Fee on annual salary for their first job order presented. This is a ‘Test Drive’ promotion to allow us to build what will be a long term, professional and productive relationship!
